Dennis Martin Realty was founded in 2000.  After 4 years in the real estate business, I felt compelled to go out on my own.  I have pretty much always been self employed.  I am very self motivated.  I owned my own restaurants in the Atlanta Ga. area for 20 years.  After selling out my business there, I decided to come back to my home town of Huntsville Alabama.  After some serious thought and research, I realized that real estate was what I needed and wanted to be in.  I enjoy the people contact business and always have felt a sense of well being when I make people happy.  Now what could make anyone happier, than getting to move into their own new home.

My company specializes in residential property, acreage, waterfront, and commercial real estate, as well as property management.

I opened my office on U S Hwy 431 in the New Hope community, which is centrally located and surrounded by Huntsville, Guntersville, and Scottsboro.  A 10 minute drive north puts you at Hampton Cove, one of North Alabama's fasting growing areas.  10 minutes south puts you at beautiful lake Guntersville, one of the south's leading recreation areas, and some of the best bass fishing in country.

The last few years I've seen major growth in south east Madison County.  Obvious growth with all the building in the Hampton Cove area, both residential and commercial.  Walmart, Publix, & Lowes and some not so obvious growth such as the recent purchase of major tracts of land to be used for residential development.

I pride myself in being honest, and fair with each and every person I do business with.  I've always been a firm believer that what you sow, you will also reap.  My slogan,
